- Knead the tahini halva and margarine in a bowl
- Add sugar and egg and mix well. Then add the baking powder and vanilla. Add flour gradually and knead into cookie dough (less hard than earlobe) consistency.
- Stop kneading when it becomes easy to shape.
- Arrange in circles on a lightly greased tray with margarine bottom. Put hazelnut kernels on them.
- Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees so that it does not overly brown.
- As soon as it comes out of the oven, add a lot of powdered sugar on it. Serve after it has cooled.
