  1. Knead the tahini halva and margarine in a bowl
  2. Add sugar and egg and mix well. Then add the baking powder and vanilla. Add flour gradually and knead into cookie dough (less hard than earlobe) consistency.
  3. Stop kneading when it becomes easy to shape.
  4. Arrange in circles on a lightly greased tray with margarine bottom. Put hazelnut kernels on them.
  5. Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees so that it does not overly brown.
  6. As soon as it comes out of the oven, add a lot of powdered sugar on it. Serve after it has cooled.
